I am married with one child. He is my life and without him, I would not be doing this today.
I am trying to get back into running for a number of reasons, to help my focus in general, because I enjoy it and to lose weight.
It is a challenge for me and right now I feel I need the challenge.
I ran cross country and track in high school. In college, I played a brief stint of softball, rugby and after college, Muay Thai training. While I loved it all, running was always a factor and I have missed it a lot.
I decided to take this opportunity to get back to it and really do it. Instead of just jogging, I want to run.
